Scope

This policy covers the website at builder.kumay.net and the Builder game client. It describes what we operate and which third parties are involved. Where a third party handles information directly, their own policy governs that handling and is linked below.

This website

This site is made of static HTML and CSS files. It has no accounts, no login, no database, no contact form, and no server-side code. It runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. Nothing you do on this site is recorded by us.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, delivering a page requires your browser to make a network request, and Cloudflare processes request information such as your IP address in the course of serving and protecting the site. That processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Epic Online Services

Builder uses Epic Online Services (EOS), provided by Epic Games, for two purposes:

• Epic account sign-in. Signing in opens the Epic Account Portal, where Epic authenticates you. Your Epic credentials are entered with Epic, not with us.
• Multiplayer connectivity. EOS is used to connect players to one another for multiplayer sessions.

Information you provide to Epic when signing in, and information Epic processes to operate these services, is handled by Epic under Epic Games' privacy policy. We do not control what Epic collects or how long Epic keeps it. Please read Epic's policy for that detail.

Children

Epic account eligibility and any age requirements for signing in are determined by Epic Games as part of the Epic account system.

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
